HIIT RIDE

TAKE YOUR FITNESS TO ANOTHER LEVEL WITH HIGH ENERGY INTERVALS AND SPRINT AGILITY DRILLS. USING 'STAGE' MODE TO TIME YOUR INTERVALS, ALONG WITH BUILDING YOUR AVERAGE POWER. WE FINISH OFF WITH A 15 MINUTE CORE CIRCUIT.
